Canadian Grown Centennial Hops - T90 Pellet

  • Named in honour of Washington State’s 100th Anniversary, Centennial was released by the USDA hop breeding program in 1990.
  • This variety provides both pleasant bittering and aroma, with woodsy, citrus and floral notes. 
  • A well-rounded choice for clean bittering, flavour, aroma, and dry-hopping.

Canadian Grown Centennial hops are a popular choice among craft brewers, and are often used in American-style ales, IPAs, and pale ales. With their high alpha acid content and strong aroma, Centennial hops provide a bold and citrusy flavour profile that is perfect for hop-forward beers.
