NZ Moutere™ Hops - T90 Pellets

  • Formerly known as HORT 0605, this is a relatively new hop that was introduced in 2015.
  • This variety is a cross between New Zealand Southern Cross and an unknown male. Moutere™ is distinguished by its strong fruity flavor, which is characterized by ripe citrus, tropical fruits, and resinous pine.
  • Additionally, some brewers have reported detecting a sweet hay aroma, making it an ideal choice for pilsners and saisons.

Brewing Applications

The tropical and fruity flavors of NZ Moutere™ hops, with its distinct grapefruit and passionfruit notes, make them a perfect ingredient for a variety of beer styles.
