US Eureka!™ Hops - T90 Pellets
- This variety is known for it's high alpha acid content, which gives them a strong bittering quality.
- However, it is the complex blend of aromas and flavors that truly sets them apart.
- Commonly used in IPAs and other hop-forward styles, Eureka!™ can bring a range of herbal, berry-like, and woody notes to a beer.
Brewing Applications
When added towards the end of the boil or during dry hopping, US Eureka!™ Hops round out blends with its complex aroma and flavors of pine, mixed herbs, and black currant. Its high oil content also contributes to a smooth mouthfeel in the finished beer.
