US Idaho 7™ Hops - T90 Pellets
- Named after its place of origin, this late-blooming aroma hop is rich in succulent citrus and stone fruit flavors, complemented with a resinous pine taste and subtle notes of black tea.
- It’s excellent for late additions, but also has high alpha acids for good bitterness.
Brewing Applications
Idaho 7™ hops are best utilized for aroma and dry hopping due to their strong fragrance and taste. However, their high alpha acids level also allows for a pleasant bitterness when used in moderation. These hops are perfect as a standalone ingredient or as part of a blend in various types of beers, such as IPAs, pale ales, and hop-forward American wheat beers.
