Canadian Grown Challenger Hops - T90 Pellets
In 1972, Wye College in the United Kingdom developed Challenger, a versatile hop variety created by crossing the German hop Zattler with Northern Brewer.
- Challenger hops offer delightful citrus and herbal flavors.
- They feature a moderate alpha acid range of 6-9%, making them perfect for both bittering and aroma.
Brewing Applications
Use Canadian Grown Challenger hops for traditional British ales and lagers. They also serve as an excellent bittering hop for a variety of beer styles.
