EU Fuggle Hops - T90 Pellets
- Discovered in 1861 in Kent and officially introduced by Richard Fuggle in 1875.
- This variety is known for their distinct European aroma.
- Initially recognized as a dual-use hop, they are now primarily valued for their aromatic properties.
Brewing Applications
EU Fuggle hops excel in darker beer styles like porter, stout, and mild, delivering a classic English aroma. They are effective both on their own and in blends for late and dry hopping, and also enhance English bitter, pale ale, and ESB with additional complexity.
