EU Golding EKG Hops - T90 Pellets
- East Kent Golding hops have a legacy that dates all the way back to 1790.
- These hops were derived from a wild Canterbury Whitebine variety and ultimately became the hallmark of noble hops, with their subtle and delicate notes of earth and spice.
Brewing Applications
EU Golding EKG hops has been a favored ingredient in British beers like the IPA, pale ale, and bitter for centuries. It is renowned for its flavor. In darker, maltier ales like Scottish ales, it is used in smaller amounts to produce a more delicate taste.
