GR Hallertau Mittelfruh Hops - T90 Pellets
- Hallertau Mittelfrüh is the reigning ruler of German hops.
- It has a traditional noble aroma that's a favorite in many German styles. Humulene is the dominant oil in this hop, making up around half (45-55%) of the total oils.
Brewing Applications:
GR Halletau Mittelfruh Hops are versatile and can be used many ways, particularly whirlpool and dry hopping to take full advantage of the very high myrcene fraction. With its pronounced floral profile, this variety has a strong affinity for many of the same styles as southern hemisphere hops: IPA, Belgian ales, wheat beer, and Brett fermentations.
