GR Callista Hops - T90 Pellets
- Callista hops, released in 2008 by the Hop Research Center in Hüll, Germany, are known for their low alpha acid content. This makes them a versatile hop that can be used throughout the brewing process.
- In addition to their fruity notes, Callista hops also have a slightly floral aroma. This makes them a great choice for IPAs and other hop-forward styles.
- They are also known for their high oil content, which contributes to a smooth and well-rounded mouthfeel in the finished beer.
