If custom packaging is selected, and no notes are added in the cart notes at checkout, your hops will be packaged in the ordered quantity.

US Cluster Hops - T90 Pellets
- Cluster offers sweet fruits, such as honeydew melon, banana, and apricot combined with red berries.
- In addition, some floral character comes strongly to the fore, along with notes of tea. It is one of the oldest varieties grown in the US.
- The name “Cluster” may come from the way the fruits are arranged in “clusters” on the bine.
Brewing Applications
US Cluster Hops have modest levels of alpha-acids and low oil content great for ales, lagers, stouts, porters, and more. They are often used in historical beer styles.
