AU Ella™ Hops - T90 Pellets
- Formerly known as Stella, this variety a rising star in Australia with parentage from Spalt, Germany and is a half sister of Galaxy.
- This unique lineage gives a delightful floral fragrance with a subtle spicy edge and is considered dual purpose.
Brewing Applications
Incorporating AU Ella™ hops into Pale Ales and IPAs during dry-hopping can help preserve some of the lighter oils that are more fruity and tropical, although these qualities are best suited for lagers and pilsners with this hop.
