If custom packaging is selected, and no notes are added in the cart notes at checkout, your hops will be packaged in the ordered quantity.

AU Galaxy® Hops - T90 Pellets
- An exceptional Australian hop variety descended from German Perle.
- With the highest percentage of essential oils in the industry, it stands out with its sweet citrus, peach, and passionfruit aroma, which is most prominent when added at the end of the brewing process.
- Although its flavor can be intense initially, it mellows over time.
- Introduced for commercial production in 2009 after nine years of testing, Galaxy® quickly gained popularity in Australia and abroad.
Brewing Applications
AU Galaxy® hops are versatile and suit various beer styles, including Pale Ale, IPA, Barley Wine, Fruit Beers, Saison, Wheat Beer, and Wild Ale. To showcase it's unique flavors and aromas, it can be used as the sole hop, added as either fresh hops or hop pellets.
