Canadian Grown CTZ Zeus Hops - Whole Cone

  • Zeus hops, with its dank and spicy notes, is an excellent choice for bittering hops in a range of beer styles, from IPAs and Stouts to Lagers.
  • Its Alpha Acids content, which falls within the range of 14-16%, gives it a powerful bite. Though Zeus is not commonly used in SMaSH beers, adding hops later in the brewing process can bring out hints of orange and grapefruit in the aroma.

Brewing Applications

Initially known for their excellent bittering properties, Canadian Grown CTZ (Zeus) hops have also become popular in American-style IPAs because of their strong citrus-and-spice flavor.
