If custom packaging is selected, and no notes are added in the cart notes at checkout, your hops will be packaged in the ordered quantity.

US El Dorado® Hops - T90 Pellets
- Released in 2010, this dual-purpose hop gained popularity quickly due to its juicy citrus notes.
- Boasting a high percentage of Alpha Acids (13-17%), this hop is ideal for efficient bittering.
- Use as a late addition to accentuate its fresh, fruity aroma and flavour.
Brewing Applications
US El Dorado® hops are a unique hop that offers high alpha acid content in addition to its intense flavors and aromas. As a bittering hop, it provides a firm yet well-balanced bitterness. However, when used in later additions, El Dorado® offers a burst of fruit flavors and aromatic notes, including citrus, pear, watermelon, and stone fruit.
