US Mosaic® Hops - T90 Pellets
- In 2012, The Hop Breeding Company developed and released this popular variety, a US hop with a delightful mix of dank, citrus, and fruity flavors.
- While it's a great dual-purpose hop due to its high alpha acid content, it's true power lies in its smoothness and unique aroma, making it perfect for pale ales and IPAs.
Brewing Applications
US Mosaic® hops are typically used for flavor and aroma due to their desirable oil profile and exotic, fruity scent. They work well in American-style IPAs, saisons, wheats, and Brettanomyces-fermented beers.
