Ella™ Hops (Ella™ (AU) T90 Pellets)
- Formerly known as Stella, this variety a rising star in Australia and her father is a variety from Spalt, Germany.
- This unique lineage gives a delightful floral fragrance with a subtle spicy edge.
Brewing Applications
Incorporating Ella™ hops into Pale Ales and IPAs during dry-hopping can help preserve some of the lighter oils that are more fruity and tropical, although these qualities are best suited for lagers and pilsners with this hop.
