El Dorado® Hops (El Dorado® T90 Pellets)
- Since its conception in 2010, this dual-purpose hop has been a staple in many great beers due to its juicy citrus notes.
- Boasting a high percentage of Alpha Acids (13-17%), this hop is ideal for efficient bittering, yet can be used as a late addition to accentuate its fresh, fruity aroma and flavor.
Brewing Applications
El Dorado® hops are a unique hop that offers high alpha acid content in addition to its intense flavors and aromas. As a bittering hop, it provides a firm yet well-balanced bitterness. However, when used in later additions, El Dorado® offers a burst of fruit flavors and aromatic notes, including citrus, pear, watermelon, and stone fruit.
