Keep in mind...

Timely Usage

Use the hops within 24-48 hours of harvest to ensure maximum freshness and to capture their full aromatic potential.

Quantity

Fresh hops contain more moisture than dried hops, so you’ll need to use a larger quantity. A common rule of thumb is to use about 4-5 times the weight of fresh hops compared to dried hops.

Boil Timing

For a more pronounced flavor, add the fresh hops later in the boil, such as during the last 15-20 minutes. This helps retain their unique fresh qualities.

Storage

If you can’t use them immediately, store fresh hops in a cool, dark place, but remember that they are highly perishable and should be used within 2 days.
